This ethereal ballad was written while Harry was in New York writing songs for Broadway. He had written it a couple of years earlier but none of the publishers thought it commercial. With the publics mood changing from antic to subdued and an increasing value in Warren's name, Robbins, Feist and Miller took a chance on it.
